Designing and delivering the Digital Subscriptions Lab (Google/Financial Times)

We worked alongside the Financial Times to design and deliver the Google News Initiative Subscriptions Lab, a nine-month business model transformation programme.

The lab helped publishers like El Mundo and The Independent make the transition from ad-centric business models to reader revenue.

We provided specific expertise in experiment design, North Star strategy, learning design and the data/tech side of digital transformation.
